• Provide consultation and direct billing services for private/international insurance (OP & IP).
• Receive and handle customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage and premium healthcare services.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth direct billing processes.
• Process guarantee of payment requests, monitor and update changes throughout treatment; liaise with insurance providers.
• Resolve issues related to insurance documentation, ensuring customer benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance Department to monitor and reconcile insurance receivables.
• Handle inquiries from customers/partners via email, website, phone, and social platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Viber…).
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned.
• Ensure adequate preparation of forms, tools, and supplies for direct billing services.
• Manage and maintain assigned equipment; promptly report and propose solutions for any issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or higher in relevant majors.
• Proficient in at least one foreign language (Level B or above).
• Proficient in office computer skills.

• Knowledge of private/international insurance and direct billing procedures.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and procedures in healthcare insurance services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic medical knowledge is an advantage.
