Job Description
- Support the Head of Department in overseeing daily operations of Customer Service, Cashier, and Patient Admission units; ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise customer touchpoints, including reception, guidance, and support; coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction; propose and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with service standards; participate in handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team capability development.
